Data collection, processing and utilization of people-related data
You can visit our site without making statements to your person. We only store access data without customer’s reference, e.g. the name of your internet service provider, the site, from which you are visiting us or the name of the requested file. These data are evaluated exclusively to the improvement of our offer and permit no conclusion of your person.

People-related data is only raised, if you voluntarily announce this within your order, when opening a customer account or by registration for our newsletters. We only use your data without a segregated agreement, exclusively for the fulfilment and settlement of your order. With the complete settlement of the contract and the complete purchase price payment, your data will be blocked for any further use and deleted after the fiscal and commercial law directions as far as you have not specifically agreed to the further utilization of your data. By the registration for the newsletter, your name and your e-mail address will be used, surely only with your consent, for our own advertisements, until you sign out of the newsletter again.

Transmission of customer-related data, credit assessment
Your personal data will only be transferred to the mail-order business, which is commissioned with the delivery, as far as this personal information is necessary for the delivery. To the settlement of payments, the credit bank, which is authorized with your payment, receives your payment data.

Use of cookies
A so-called session cookie is set, when proclaiming certain sites, so you can order in the onlineshop. The session cookie is a small text file which is automatically deleted after you end the browser-session on your computer. This file is only to allow you to use certain applications, for example our shopping cart system.

Data security
Your personal-related data is transmitted over the internet cryptographically secured. We secure our websites and other systems through technical and organisational measures against loss, destruction, access, variation or distribution of your data through trespasser persons. The access to your customer account is only possible after entering your personal password. You should treat your access information confidentially; always close the browser window, when you have finished communicating with us, especially if you share your computer with others.

Access to personal data
Through the German Data Protection Act, you have the right on information free of charge about your stored data as well as the right on correcting, disabling or cancelling your personal data.
